Bronze Partners are resellers who sell Hitachi Data Systems storage solutions to the fast growing small and medium business markets. These companies are authorized to resell Hitachi Data Systems family of modular products targeted at the small and medium business segment.
Bronze Partners are encouraged but not required to become technically certified. Bronze Partners differentiate themselves in the market by becoming Authorized Hitachi Data System Partners and affiliating with their choice of Hitachi Volume Distributor.
The Technology Alliance Program (TAP) is designed to support partner members throughout the lifecycle of the partnership, from initial engagement to joint marketing, sales, and support. TAP is also designed to easily deepen or broaden the engagement when so desired by both Hitachi Data Systems and the partner.For partner type, please choose Technology Alliance Program.
Platinum Partners are storage solution providers or system integrators with wide geographical presence and expertise in providing solutions to corporate clients with large scale and complex solution needs.
Platinum Partners must have a dedicated storage practice, invest in Hitachi Data Systems certification and training, and offer custom development and/or consulting services based on their product or solution capabilities.
Platinum Partners differentiate themselves in the market by providing a comprehensive range of services. These service revenues comprise at least 30% of their business.
Gold Partners are storage solution providers with a strong presence in a local market, coupled to specialized application expertise in vertical market solutions.
Gold Partners are required to invest in Hitachi Data Systems certification and training to serve each of the markets they serve.
Gold Partners differentiate themselves in the market by the breadth and quality of added value services they deliver to the customers they serve.
Silver Partners are Authorized resellers who sell the full range of Hitachi Data Systems modular products, solutions and services, with emphasis on small, medium and mid-range storage markets.
Silver Partners are not required to become technically certified.
Silver Partners have an opportunity to participate in the Sales Referral program for enterprise-class sales opportunities on a case-by-case basis.
